Will the auto locked slots be displayed on Webba booking -> Schedules?
What is the best way to enter bookings which I get through phone into system ? Is this Webba booking – Booking – Create new? Or is it Schedules – Time slot lock?
Thank you very much guys. Now my booking system seems to be working as it should!
Finally, the auto lock function seems to function properly now.
If you need to let users book only when place for 1-persons service, please add the following CSS in your theme:
label[for=”wbk-quantity”], #wbk-book-quantity{
display:none !important;
}I would like to remove the quantity selection option from be booking interface. Adding the code didn’t work. I’m sending you the screenshots.
If one place of A1 is booked, that means one place remains available for A1 and no places for A2. Correct?
This is correct.
Is it possible that someone want to book only one place of two available?
A1-C1 services (for 1 person) always have 2 places available – so yes, people can book only 1 place per booking. Hence, A1+A1 = full (no more places for A1 or A2).
For services A2-C2 (for 2 people, using both venues at once) only 1 place might be booked. Hence, if A2 is booked = full (no more places for A2, and no more places for A1)
1. all 2-persons services should have maximum and minimum booking count per time slot 2
Why is that so? In this case, the misleading message that “2 places are available” is being presented to the customer.
2. Mode of multiple places selection should be set to Allow select only maximum places.
Where can I find this setting?
The reason of the issue was the value of option Lock time slot if at least one place is booked. In your case this option should be blank.
Let’s consider this SOLVED.
1. If I have a booking for service A2 (for 2 persons), then it is still shown that 1 place is available for A1 (for 1 person). While actually both of the A1 places should be locked.
2. I still can’t see that slots would be displayed as locked in Schedules.
The problem persists.
I had set Allow unlock manually to ‘Allow’.
Sent screenshots for services A1, A2 and Settings – Appointment window screenshots.- This reply was modified 5 years, 6 months ago by andriusbug.
I have just update to the newest version.
The value for Allow unlock manually was DISALLOW.
Let me rephrase the situation in a greater detail:
My services are using 2 venues (Venue 1, Venue 2), there is 1 person allowed per 1 venue. I have created several services in two categories (A1, B1, C1 – for 1 person – 2 places available overall; A2, B2, C2 – for 2 persons – 1 place available overall). A, B, C services differ in service duration (60, 90, 120 mins.). Once, for example, service A1 (for 1 person) is booked, the same time span for 1 place should be locked for services B1, C1, A2, B2, C2. Meaning, that there still should be 1 place available for that time for services A1, B1, C1. However, if a service A2 (for two persons) is booked, the same time span should be locked completely for B2, C2 while A1, B1, C1 should have both of available places locked.
Webba Appointments settings:
Auto lock appointments – ENABLED;
Perform autolock on – ALL SERVICES;
Autolock for group booking services – REDUCE COUNT ON AVAILABLE PLACESThe issue:
1. with these settings the auto lock feature locks the whole time slot independently of wether this has 1 or 2 places available.
2. The auto locked slots are unaivalable for reservation, but not displayed as locked in the Schedules.
