alright so I will get the header.php template to my child theme using ftp? Is that correct? I am a noob to coding so im not sure how im supposed to archive that. Still if I moved my parent templates to the child theme wouldnt still be the same visually and not the html source code?

Ignore that first post since im a noob in html and css im not sure how it works. Id like to do 3 things. Im just not sure what format does the image or compilation of images has to be to be able to add them to my code to my plugins or what. My goal is adding 4 things. The ability to make text jump when it ends loading. Create a custom loading screen for my site. Make an image its color when hovering over it and giving my hyperlinks life by adding color when hovered or an animation of there square being opened more to the right. I dont have examples for these things. But id like to know wjat do I have to have to be able to do these things. Thank you for reading.
