This is the matter of server configuration. You could try to do next steps:
– upgrade MPDF library on the PDF&Print settings page if you didn’t do it yet
– check image permissions (it should be 755)
– insert other image type (Ex: png image) and check the plugin’s work again – check redirect and permission settings in .htaccess file and server configuration

Could you please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution.Before performing the following steps, we recommend that you do a full backup of your site.
1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
2) Deactivate all of your plugins except Multilanguage and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one by one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
