If you like to use WCML you will need a valid subscription here :
You will need WPML, String Translation, Translation Management, Media Translation and of course WCML.
This not possible out of the box now.
But we have plans to integrate a function like this in future.
Yes you can translate the product attributes.

You should enable all the plugins you mention above in your Installation for WCML been activated.

WCML team has been already in beta testing. The compatibility will come out with the 3.6 version of the plugin, which will come out very soon, maybe in next week.
As Webdados has already said, Woothemes team should release an update with WCML compatibility and we have not any information from there.
But if someone is interesting, we can send him the beta version of WCML and WC booking plugin and test it if he wants to.
Unfortunately there is not any automatic way for the currency conversion.
As far as I know, there is a plan for embed a functionality like this, but I do not know something official.
