Hey there,

I took a look at your link, and it appears that the image itself is not saved at a high enough resolution. Here’s a direct link to one of the thumbnails being loaded:

Because the image is only 250×250, when it fills the space by the plugin it stretches the image which is causing the blurriness.

Can you verify that all your product images are at leas 500×500 pixels?

Hey there. Couple things to verify first …

1. Have you cleared the plugin’s cache under the Tools tab? Sometimes these settings need to be flushed to take affect.

2. Do you have your custom domain in Shopify setup and validated by Shopify? Does the myshopify.com domain redirect to your custom domain?

Hey there. Unfortunately my guess is that WP Shopify wouldn’t work with this particular app since it modifies product data directly. The only apps we’re aware of that work with the plugin at the moment are apps which change non-product related information.

For example, a Shopify app that modifies the checkout page, or adds extra inventory functionality should work just fine.

Have you tried clearing both your browser and the plugin cache to see if that resolves this? What version of the plugin are you using?

Apologies for the headaches surrounding this particular error. Have you tried the below two things?

1. Deactivating all your other plugins (except for WP Shopify) first. Then see if the issue is gone. If it’s not, then we know it’s the plugin. Otherwise it might be something else installed on your site.

2. Clearing the plugin cache (not just your browser cache). This can be done by going to the plugin settings, clicking the Tools tab, and using the “Clear cache” button.

WP Shopify unfortunately doesn’t support that plugin at this time.

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed support response.

First regarding the cart, you can display that in one of two ways. The easiest way is through the custom menu item under Appearance – Menus. If you don’t see it, go to the very top of the screen and click “Screen options”. You might need to enable it. Additionally, you can show the card using the [wps_cart] shortcode as well. More on that here: https://wpshop.io/docs/wps_cart/

Regarding the product URLs not working, have you tried adjusting the permalinks? Some people have reported issues when permalinks are set to Plain. Changing these to Post name sometimes helps. If they’re already set to something other than Plain, try flushing the rewrite rules by simply clicking the “Save changes” button while on the Permalinks settings page.

The free version does not sync the customers and orders data, however the Pro version does.

Which Marketplace / Multivendor plugins are you asking about in particular? I can try my best to give you a definitive answer once I know which ones to take a look at.
