Yes, bowser cache… I could not be sure if it was a combination of both cookie and cache or just cache.

So I thought it worth while to broadcast the need to clear it (stating the obvious) as users may not naturally think to do this first thus helping to stop any unnecessary head scratching.. so to speak.

I have just looked at everything and in to user access and found my problem..

Two of us have admin rights, I used this to compare differences.

I think some of the fixes WooCommerce 5.6.0 has implemented must have been about some form of access control, or at least touch that area.

First I tried the normal route, as before the WooCommerce update everything was dandy so to speak..

The problems came straight after the updating to WooCommerce 5.6.0, Nothing else was updated.

I use SiteGround and I have two SiteGround plugins that always play nice.

SiteGround Optimizer: by SiteGround – 5.9.3
SiteGround Security: by SiteGround – 1.1.2

This time I found all problems went away once “SiteGround Security plugin” was disabled.

But “WAIT”, It is not the “SiteGround Security Plugin” that is the problem…

For all of you out there, using SiteGround; and SiteGrounds own Security Plugin.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and headaches. Purge all your browsers and all your test browsers Cookies and Cache, especially after a WooCommerce update.

Forgot to say, if your customers are having similar issues ask them to clear down their cookies and Cache too.. ??

This cured the issue outright and now I can re-enable my SiteGround Security plugin with no problems whatsoever.

Seems there is some changes in WooCommerce update 5.6.0, that conflict with SiteGrounds security plugin management.

This has taken me all afternoon to find, but now I know I can move on with future WooCommerce updates.

This is turning into a mare..

The problem is, before I revert, I need to progress, else I will never end up updating the product.

Now I find my Gutenberg post backoffice admin panel editor is now doing weird things too, like the custom field section that resides and sticks at the bottom of the editorial page is now showing half way up it!

Whats going on do you think?

This and all the other issues above have manifested themselves after the update of your lastest version.

I think I might run a Db update before reversion to see if this fixes anything.

I am now not sure what else is wrong as I will need to check everything.

Final update for the evening..

I have seen your hard coded element for the div wrapper and it’s ID so I have for a temporary measure added a CSS rule as below to move the flags in further so they don’t cover the mobile menu.

I would still like to have a resolution for the topbar menu issue though as it looks like all translates ok including the WooCommerce pages.

In the pro version, considering my theme build differences what would you suggest regards the sub choice?

Update..

Seems there is another solution to the topbar issue.

I have removed the ideal location for my flags, where it appendeds to the end (right) of the topbar menu; and selected the floating to right flag section instead.

This does away with the lacking script call by nimble builder.

Regards the auto browser language set on page load I can see this option in the admin section (sorry about that “wood for trees” as they say). So that answers that question, thanks..

If you still know of a way to establish the append to the right of the topbar for my nimble builder main pages then I would look to implement the pro version but only if implementing the pro version does not lead to another break as I will need to look at the natural translation..

For example correction is needed for the terms like “Cookies”
current translation converts to “Biscuits” in French.. ?? ??

Look forward to your thoughts and solutions on the above as this solution does not resolve very well on mobiles as it partially covers the hamburger button..

I could increase the padding {0px, 15px, 0px, 0px;} to bring it in screen a little but I would then need to confirm the selector for that and it would seem a hack and not a very clean way to do things.

If you need access then I can arrange that too..

You are correct, it is Theme related as the first thing I tried is to temporarily switched themes (with a wordpress default theme) with all plugins active and on test, there is not a problem with the cross sell item adding to the basket.

The only other thing maybe a function file additional script. However I only have a few non relating additional functions.

I will place these functions in a plugin later to be able to deactivate them as part of a clash test.

I have escalated this issue to the Hueman Pro theme support section.

I will update you once I have a response.

I have added both tables.. My system is now back to normal and lightning fast in the admin panel for both Saving and preview of posts, pages, and products.

If anybody else is in need of this process, and you are confident doing this; I would suggest you export a small woocommerce Db table to your desktop and hence you can then edit the exported *.sql file in notepad.

Make sure you have chosen the correct Dbase for woocommerce on your site host in PHPMyAdmin.

It will have your Dbase table header info already setup in it. You can then edit and remove the exported table and then add these missing tables. Just make sure to backup your site beforehand and only import back one table at a time making sure your last entry is the “commit” entry at the end of the file.

If you find it gives you issues after, regards data resource growth; then just drop the two tables you added.

Thank you very much for the Db table confirmation and the pre table work and location to copy these tables from..

This is what I call; a real support response, when setting up shop for the first time; it is very much appreciated.. ??

After digging a little, I now realise these tables are part of a remnant of the “Woocommerce Admin” plugin. I deactivated this plugin and cleared it down as all the additional utilities (on first auto instal) maxed out my host package allowances. I should have completed the WooCommerce plugin install manually the first time around and not relied upon the auto choice package..

I will create these tables and keep an eye on my process and memory usage to see if they reduce, especially the php call outs. I hope this puts a stop to the additional processing this is causing.

Ill keep you posted and come back to confirm either way..
