Thank you Krishna! No more 404 errors.

I updated my plugins by adding -old. This now allows me to access the dashboard and fixed this problem.

However, when I try to click on a tab or item on the website I get the error message:

Not Found

The requested URL /ITEM not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you help?

As the password in correct how do I grant the right access?
