I have posted login credentials to your community email address as requested. As I have opened a new thread I will stop replying to this one, and just reply to my own thread to save confusion.

I replied to another thread here on wordpress, and I noticed they have replied. In fact you replied to me over there too. Thank you. I will continue here instead to avoid any back and forth, as this is my original thread. What the issue seems to be is customer groups. But I need to keep customer groups within wordpress for my wholesale and retail customers. I will send over credentials now. I just need retail customers to see retail products and prices, and wholesale customers to see wholesale prices. I see others have working customer groups within WordPress/Bigcommerce so hope I can find solution and stay with you guys instead of changing my entire ecommerce platform to achieve what I want. Thanks in advance. I will email credentials now as requested.

Hi, I do have customer groups on Bigcommerce, as they are needed for wholesale and retail customers. What would be the solution, or is there not one? I need to retain these customer groups, or at least ensure wholesale products are given just to the wholesale customers. Is it not possible to have the customer groups within WordPress? Also the 404 happens when logged in as a customer too. So I cannot use the workaround. We have many retail and wholesale customer accounts, and if we switch to wordpress, we need full functionality for wholesale and retail.

Have you got an update on this?

Hi, I have been struggling with 404 errors for months now and found that the product pages do exist when I am logged out as you stated. But what is the fix? I need to be logged in to view and edit products with live css and page builders, so I cannot keep logging in and out to view and edit my products. Can I create an editor account or something, so I can still edit products, but just not an admin? Or can I create some kind of admin user within bigcommerce with same email and username? Also, it seems even if I am logged in as a customer within wordpress, I still cannot view products. I need to be logged out completely to avoid the 404 product page errors. I am tired of trying to fix this issue now, if it persists I will be moving to Woo so a reply would be very appreciated. Thanks.
