I don’t have any JS error now, it simply does not work. Any thoughts?

Sometimes, we’re also experiencing this issue https://snipboard.io/JQewP1.jpg when updating a product. We’re using the default plugin without any coding customization.
Any ideas of how can we debug all these problems?

En OVH quizá será más complicado lograr que hagan un cambio específico para tu hosting, también trabajo con ellos y suelen estar tan abiertos a hacer cambios de configuración de este tipo.

Also, I have another client that request that, if he click on “cookie settings”, the “non-necessary” cookies should not be enabled by default and they should not be enabled until the user accept the cookies.
Maybe this is available in the PRO version as I am reading on the docs but I’m not sure.

Ok, thanks, I see it. In fact, the problem is that I was finding this into WPML String Translation and it doesn’t appear. I even tried to use the option “Look for strings while pages are rendered” but it does not work. The strings never appear into WPML to be translated.

Yo tengo el mismo problema de vez en cuando, en los últimos 4 días lo hemos tenido 3 veces. La respuesta del servidor es: Cod. respuesta servidorError (-1 connect timed out)
He creado un ticket de asistencia al servidor, pero dejo un comentario porque me he fijado que en los tres casos había primero un intento de pago “sin finalizar” en Redsys y luego, el pago autorizado con el código de error de timeout. ?Crees que de alguna forma podría estar relacionado o es casualidad?

I already checked this option before too. We have the login and password reset trials set to 10 and the lock out time to 4h. Our users could not visit the website during more one day so I thought that this option was not the issue.

Last week I set this option “Enable Rate Limiting and Advanced Blocking” to OFF to see if that was the problem but after that some client concerned, so I don’t think this is the cause of the trouble.
Do you think it can be something else?Thanks
