SOLVED. Some of iThemes Security plugin settings conflicted with this plugin.

Thanks alot! Deactivating outdated plugin solved all earlier mentioned problems.

One more ?? thing – if I limit search results by 10 per page items, for some odd reason “next” and “last” pages doesnt show up. Look at the result.

Additional problem is, that search result doesn’t show map anymore. Just list of the posts. No matter of the option set.

BTW, after testing several options, for some reason all other Serach Form Templates (other than default) doesn’t work at all. Even if I enter location manually.

I created new search form. No error messages anymore, but pressing “locate” button doesn’t still work.
