THIS IS SOLUTION:

rename the gallery folder in wp-content and create a blank gallery folder. That solved the problem. After the upgrade I simply delete the empty gallery folder and rename the original back to gallery.

I think, that can be a quantity of galeries… I have up to 500

Where I can check memory limit? Is hosted site…
