Who are URLs for? How often do you enter URLs manually in the address bar?

Do you think users care about short/pretty URLs when sharing? No. I see youtube links with a bunch of parameters pasted all around. Nobody really cares.

So i’d say your priority should be making google happy. ??

Sorry, I misread. The selector triggers on filenames ending with an image format extension. If that wasn’t the problem, I can only guess.

This plugin by default won’t act on links that don’t point directly to the image which was the problem in your case.

When you insert an image make sure the Link URL field points to the file – click the File URL button.

No notable slowdowns here. I am running on an optimized LNMP stack though. No idea how a shared hosting environment behaves.

When I add a new user, that user receives 2 emails – the default as defined in multisite network settings, and a second one from this plugin.

How can I disable the default and only keep the one from this plugin?

Found out it was a problem with nginx conf. If someone else has problems with get requests, make sure there’s a rewrite block like this:

        try_files $uri $uri/ @rewrites;
}
location @rewrites {
        rewrite ^ /index.php last;
