This worked for me: you have to enter in your cpanel, then file manager and find public html, there you have to look for wp-content folder. Then you will have to rename the “plugin” folder and that will disable all your plugins. Now you can enter on your wp-admin account and then switch back “plugin” folder to the original name and reactivate all your plugins.
