Since you are using a checkbox type field that allows multiple selections, please consider using the “Can be” operator instead of the “Equal to”. After making this change please test the functionality of the conditional statement one more time.

I will share the solution here as well as discussed in the support thread you submitted on our website.
The matter was not caused by the Kali Forms plugin, but by the memory limit from your hosting server for your account, this was resolved by increasing the memory allocated?to?the?website.

The current version uses a simple editor to setup the email notification content, but we are working on a major update that will allow you to also directly edit the HTML code of the email notifications.
