Can you please share screenshots of the configuration you made for these inputs? For example, the conditional logic works correctly for flavors 1 and 2.

I tested the behavior you mentioned but didn’t encounter any issues. As you can see here – https://vertis.d.pr/i/ax6KOv, once the page is loaded, the animations are correctly rendered.
Can you please share the URL of the page where you spotted the issue? What browser are you using?

We have detailed here how we count the visits: How Optimole counts the number of visits
We count as one visit the unique combination of IP+User Agent during 24h, excluding known bots. You can cross-check that data by comparing it with the access logs from your server.
