In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue with Simple Product and inventoryThanks, Mirko! I do have a plugin installed to optimally allow limitation on purchases of variable products. I wonder if that isn’t playing nice. I’ll work though the troubleshooting steps!
Thanks very much for your response!
I think we figured out the issue. The volunteer management app had a setting that we tweaked an all is well.
A ha! Thank you so much!

In reply to: [Volunteer Sign Up Sheets] problems with Email Volunteers featureOh my goodness… I could have sworn that I tried that. But, lo and behold, that did the trick.
Thank you so much for such a quick response!

In reply to: [Wired Impact Volunteer Management] Can’t Save SettingsI’ll give that a go, thanks.
In the meantime, I think I’m just going to try to make do with how things are working now. The volunteer opps are working just fine and I think the default settings will be OK.
Our guild is a non-profit and my budget is basically $0 otherwise I’d reach out about paid support. I do appreciate the time and consideration you’ve given me.

In reply to: [Wired Impact Volunteer Management] Can’t Save SettingsWhen I switched to the different theme, it was TwentyTwenty. I enjoy Divi but, yeah, it doesn’t always play nice.
I hate to take up your time with unpaid support requests. :-/ Changing some of the default settings would be nice but I can make it work without. The Guild’s old side was an outdated Blogger site so this is a big improvement. I can set up a testing site, if you don’t mind playing around with it… but I won’t be bent out of shape if you don’t have the time.
I appreciate you!

In reply to: [Wired Impact Volunteer Management] Can’t Save SettingsOh, OK… that–edited the serialized array–isn’t something that I’m really comfortable doing.
If you wouldn’t mind taking a quick look, I’ll pass some credentials over to you privately.
Thank you very much!

Wordpress and the Wired plug-in are all up to date. I also tried switching themes and disabling plug ins. Problem is still ongoing.
I’d love to use the plug in, as it works perfectly for organizing volunteers for our guild’s monthly meetings. Entering in volunteer opportunities seems to work just fine. I’ve tested RSVPing and that is happy. Would you consider sharing the table structure and where values for the admin settings are saved? I have access to the database via PHPMyAdmin and I could insert the values that way. Since the admin settings won’t need to be changed again (or at least very often) it might be the quickest way to deal with this. Of course, I agree that I do so at my own risk.
Thank you again!
