This are the screenshots for the problem. The first one shows that the order is a bundle (Kit, the top one and the products below are in the bundle) The second screen is about the transport document ( but this problem is also in the receipt or invoice generated document) and in the document there are not neither the kit name or any single product inside of it. Hope you understand now where is the issue, is a visualization problem only in the generated documents that have a kit inside, becouse when i order a single product there is not this kind of problem. Unfortunately, no, I don’t believe that’s the issue. Since it’s an Italian e-commerce website, there are documents generated such as the shipping document and the receipt. The problem is that when a bundle order is placed, and you go to WooCommerce –> Orders, you find the specific order, go to the documents section where you find the shipping document, etc., the documents for bundle orders in the generated PDF do not display the bundle’s name and the products inside it. However, if you navigate to WooCommerce –> PDF Invoice and click on “Currently showing last order,” then change the filter and choose the product using the order number, selecting it, you can see the data that is not visible in the generated PDF. How is this possible? Thank you for your assistance.

Il primo link è con il plugin attivo Italian Addon nella sezione ordini con l’account Gestore negozio. Si vede soltanto un documento che è il DDT. Invece il secondo link è con il plugin disattivato, dove si vedono sia fattura che DDT. Per il cliente è necessario avere le impostazioni del plugin ma non può non avere la fattura a disposizione. Come è possibile risolvere questo problema?
