In reply to: [TI WooCommerce Wishlist] Premium supportI have also had issues getting any reply from premium support since November (via email or their chat on website).
It is beginning to feel like this has been abandoned. (But they did post around black friday with a promotion). It just seems they are not supporting anything right now which is getting frustrating.

In reply to: [Woo Instant Notifications] E_ERROR was caused in line 631 of the fileThanks for your help with this. I’m really looking forward to using this.
So right now we have it set if it goes from pending payment to processing – but it does not seem to send emails out…
And if we click into the order and ‘manually’ send the notification it gives us:

And then we receive an email with those errors.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Woo Instant Notifications] E_ERROR was caused in line 631 of the fileIt says 2.5… But when I install it – it still says “Woo Instant Notifications (version 1.3) in the plugin list…” I just downloaded the pro version off the website so it is most recent files… I had this problem also with just the non-pro 1.3 version – so I bought pro, uninstalled the standard version and uploaded pro version but still same errors.

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Email Designer is not openingHas anyone gotten this to work again with the flatsome theme?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Email Designer is not openingJust a heads up – it also appears it broke our outgoing email notifications… I deactivated and deleted the plugin but the outgoing email still wasn’t being sent…
There was an available update for both flatsome and woocommerce so I updated and that did fix the outgoing email but now I’m worried about reinstalling Kadence so if someone hears it is working with flatsome again I’ll give it a try!

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] No inventory in feedYes – it is a new change just last month…
This post is from May 19th:
https://about.fb.com/news/2020/05/introducing-facebook-shops/Unfortunately it seems anyone creating a new ‘shop’ is kind of forced into this… Everyone else is still on their older platform.
I spent a couple hours with their tech support who gave up because he couldn’t figure out a way to change it and no one there knew. So I think this is just the way it will work now…

In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] No inventory in feedI am having the same problem… It seems Facebook recently changed the commerce manager so its acts more like an actual stand alone ecommerce shopping experience… And therefore they actually require the inventory to sync… ??
This was a message I got back from them when I asked if we could switch it back to just showing in stock and out of stock – I think this is a permanent change:
The Products are displaying out of stock on the FB Page Shop because the inventory is not updated. After checking the your Catalog I can see the the product inventory levels are all at “0” and therefore will show out of stock. Please adjust your inventory levels accordingly.
