Thanks WFBrian but I can already do that. I am looking at a way of blocking at ISP level as they may have various ranges of IP addresses.

Removed entried from the “wp_yop_poll_logs” table

Yes, it would normally show the ISP details – for example “bb.sky.com”, “broadband.bt.com” etc.

Where have found it useful is by blocking certain server systems by name instead of by IP address.
