For the record, I did have reference transactions enabled. I’d called and confirmed with Paypal multiple times, too. I still lost $1400 in monthly recurring revenue.

Can you post the code again? Sorry. Or is there some way to make this more public because currently there are virtually no plugins that allow address submissions to a map, then searches by zip code for those submissions.
