Hi John,
Tried what you suggested above – but still not working for some reason – I have now purchased the Plus version for support. Please let me know what you need from me to get this issue resolved.

I have disabled the shipping rates caching – will try changing the rates and see how far I get. Thanks

Yes screen grabs attached of shipping weights and a product – which is set to 1kg – but shipping is coming up at top rate.
