You should open a support ticket at calderaforms.com/support.

Caldera Forms Pro has most of this error logging built in. When Caldera Forms Pro users submit support requests, the first thing we do is check those logs, if they have the client plugin active we are typically able to help them right away.

This doc is just to let you know that you can improve your site page speed. Make sure, You should not use Caldera Forms CDN mode if you are using a different CDN.

When you are updating plugin files by re-uploading you will need to remove and delete the plugin first before you can upload the later version.

You are also able to upload plugin files via FTP which will give you the option to overwrite the plugin files.

Email deliverability is a well-known problem among WordPress form plugins, as you can see here. The ability of Caldera Forms Free and other contact form plugins to send emails is dependent on WordPress’ mailer functionality, which is not terribly reliable across all server configurations.

Personally, I never rely on my WordPress host for sending emails from the form mailer, or the autoresponder processors. The main feature of our paid version of Caldera Forms is to address email deliverability. This is probably the fastest solution to your problem. Alternatively, you can try the traditional solution to this problem which is to use a third-party service’s API or SMTP servers. We have a tutorial on doing this with Caldera Forms here: https://calderaforms.com/doc/improving-the-reliability-of-emails-sent-through-caldera-forms/.
