Thanks a lot for your help.

Does the <image> element need to be inside the <item> element for it to work in the plugin?

There is an <image> element inside <channel> in the test feed I sent, but none inside <item>.

I checked the the NASA feed mentioned in other post (also with a single image in the <channel> element: https://www.nasa.gov/rss/image_of_the_day.rss ), but this feed does work for the plug in.

I am not sure why, but the rss file’s image and items are being pulled by the widget. This might be a problem with our file, though, but I’ve validated and tested it against other widgets / readers and I cannot find a problem. Could you please see if there is some information the widget needs that our file is not providing?
