You can see that it’s showing todays incoming referrers, but as soon as today becomes yesterday, that information disappers and it just displays “none”.

Ok, my problem is fixed for now.

I went into phpmyadmin and saw that “wp_posts” was listed as crashed and needing repair. Thankfully I found in “MySQL Account Maintenance” (available from cpanel) a button that said “repair”. Not really understanding much about how MySQL or the database works, I took a chance and clicked the button. This fixed it and the site is now back to normal… yahoo!

I have no idea what broke it in the first place or how to avoiding this happening again but at least I’m very relived that my site is back ??

I just followed your lead and replaced all the files but it hasn’t made any difference ??

It gets even better… now that I’ve looked at the “backups” that were downloaded when I did the automatic upgrade and I see that they are just empty zip files. Meaning, I have no backups of any of my content at the moment… the over two years worth of writing I’ve done on my blog that has all mysteriously disappeared this morning for not apparent reason.

Any ideas? I see I’m not the only one experiencing this and I hope to god there’s a solution coming soon!

It’s not letting me create new posts either. I create one, publish… then it takes me to the manage posts page where there are no posts listed. I’m ready to cry…

More info:

I upgraded to the latest version a few days ago, everything was fine though the Bad Behavior plugin was now causing errors, so I disabled it. Everything worked fine after that.

I have not made any other changes. Today, I can see the blog and it’s theme, but all of the content (posts and pages) are gone. In my admin area the post and everything are also gone… I had a hundreds of published posts… where have they all gone? All of the categories and comments are still there, thought the comments no longer show which page they were originally posted to. Disableing all the plugins does not fix the problen.

What’s happened here and more importantly how do I fix it? When I did the upgrade it was with the automatic upgrade plugin, so I have the backups that were created during that process.

If I back up from those files will everything be restored (with correct comments in the right posts, etc?). I’ve never had anything like this happen before… how awful! Any help would be much appreciate, please help save my blog!

I am having the same problem (entire site has gone blank in the past few hours). Well the site is there, but all the posts and pages are gone. HELP!
