    Hi @thecreator01

Kindly note, this is intended for block-based themes, and WooCommerce version 9.1.2 or higher. Therefore, edits/customizations are expected to be applied by means of the block settings in the ‘Coming soon’ page template.

I trust this provides clarity. ?? If you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further, @dadodurakovic.

This is an affiliate shop that leads to another shop, something like amazon affiliate. I customized the button with the custom code.

What is detailed here already falls outside the scope of support that our support staff can help out with here, I’m afraid.

If you are needing help with customizations or troubleshooting WooCommerce and do not have a developer or company you can depend on, then we’ve got recommendations for you.

Visit?https://woocommerce.com/customizations/?to find the right agency or developer for your specific needs.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

    Hi there @zpupster

There are certain differences between the classic, and block-based Checkout, for starters (technology-wise).

Before we get into the way of implementing something, let’s make sure the goal here is clear.

It sounds you are inquiring about how to collect company/business details, in order to use them later on.

Could you elaborate further on the brief here, in order to put us in a position to be able to assist you further?

Furthermore, how about adding Jetpack CRM to the site’s tool set, for example? With it, one can manage company information. Its list of features can be found linked here, for your convenience.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions about this matter, or if we misinterpret your concern in any way. We will be happy to help you further.

    Hi @yasar21

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

As I understand, you have tried with both sandbox mode, and rolling back to a previous version of WooCommerce Square.

As the last version of WooCommerce Square was released on June 27 (as in, 3 weeks ago), I’m curious what else might have been changed/updated on your site. Did you already have a chance to roll back the WordPress version also, for example, and see if the problem persists, or otherwise?

Furthermore, the quickforget link expired already, I’m afraid. Could you re-send it, after setting a longer expiration limit?

We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

@adamipl @glaxton @hostinglagrange @radumcristian @bjbowen @yeimir @stotes kindly start individual threads, and share the reports from your sites there, in order to abide with the forum rules, and help allocate support resources. Cheers!

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further, @niazpur.

As a next step, I’d recommend testing with migrating (for testing purposes) to a new/fresh site, and see if they appear there.

Below, are a few resources, to assist you in that:

Jetpack VaultPress Backup for WooCommerce has a 14-day trial period currently, by the way.

I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further, @semikola.

currently the 1.8.14 is active, at the moment we can’t test with only the WooCommerce plugin active.

In such case, feel free to go ahead with creating a staging site, make sure the latest versions of WooCommerce + Google Analytics for WooCommerce are installed and active, and test as detailed here.

Note, with regard to setting expectations, per our support policy, we support the latest version only.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.

Update: Just noticed my colleague’s response here. Kindly go ahead with clarifying if consent mode is active first, and subsequently with the recommendations in this message. Thank you.

    Hi @renovomotors

do i add comma in csv which i copied it from? and if i dont fix it? will it cause any issue?

As a first step, feel free to go ahead with exporting as a CSV, in order to have a backup from what’s currently set up, to return to.

Then, either go ahead with working from the WooCommerce screen, or a CSV manipulation program, whichever suits you best.

Best to start with a specific State code only, like for AK, delete the rest, and take it from there.

Note, for the Postcode / Zip – enter postcodes that the rate applies to. Separate multiple values with a semicolon (;), use the wildcard * to match all postcodes, prefix letters or numbers to the wildcard * to apply to only certain postcodes (e.g. PE* would match all postcodes starting with PE, or 90210* would work in the U.S. for ZIP+4 postcodes), and use numeric ranges to include everything between a start and end (e.g. 2000…3000).

Once the tax settings are ready for AK, feel free to run tests, for making sure the behavior on the front-end is as expected.

Lastly, repeat for the rest of the required countries/states/areas.

I trust this provides clarity.  Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.

    Hi there @scotlandtravel,

Helping out with custom coding of this nature is outside the scope of support that our support staff can help out with here, although I would recommend the following:

    • Running the exact question you’re asking, along with the code provided, through an AI platform like ChatGPT for recommendations/changes to your code;
    • Joining our WooCommerce Slack community (it does have a developer channel where you can ask coding questions):?https://woo.com/community-slack/

    Hope it helps!

    Hallo @noahmbzwo

I tried it out today in an identical staging environment. Still does not fix the initial problem though

Just to be sure, identical in terms of being a copy of the live, or set up from scratch with a new/fresh installation?

Furthermore, the issue persists while additional plugins/functionality is also activated (like multilingual), or while only the WooCommerce plugin is active?

We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Hey there @sorceweb,

it will only work if the cart and checkout pages use shortcodes

That is correct, snippets like the one shared here are suitable for the classic Cart and Checkout.

Thank you so much for adding your input! Some of our customers might indeed find this guide helpful!

    Thanks for the suggestion.

We appreciate you being an active part of the community, and thank you for the kind words ??

    Ciao @stickermonkey

seeing the source of the email I extracted this part, the links seem correct to me.
    […]
    https://stickermonkey.it/wp-content/uploads/

The images you should verify are loading as expected are the ones found in the source and have /wp-content/uploads/ (as noted above) in their URL.

I tried to reload an image of the missing ones into FTP but to no avail

No such action is needed at this point.

If I go to the web mail the images are “blocked”, but once I have given consent I can see them correctly.
    […]
On the web browser I see them correctly, on the email program I don’t. I anticipate that it does not depend on my email program.

As I understand, the mystery is solved, according to this statement.

The images are displaying, as expected. In some situations (email clients) the necessary consent is needed, is all.

I trust this provides clarity. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.?
We will be happy to help you further.

Feel free to share any Square logs with us, @yasar21. Please sanitize sensitive data (such as customer’s P.I.I.) before posting to public places, though.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into our?https://quickforget.com/?service and send that secret link here.

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a screenshot of Square’s settings screen, in WooCommerce, also?

By the way, did this message appear after trying to switch accounts, perhaps?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi @armedandgorgeous

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

I created a new product using an image already in our image libary (so did not upload antthigh) and then at that point the notifcation has returned

Note, when you make changes to image sizes/aspect ratios in the customiser, or if your theme changes image sizes, WooCommerce will detect these changes and queue a background regeneration job. As I understand, no image or theme change occurred there. Correct?

Moreover, to clarify, did you already try clicking on the Cancel thumbnail regeneration option, seen up-top to the right here, and see if cancels it and the message goes away, or otherwise?

A few other noteworthy facts, here:

    • The maximum simultaneous queue is of 1 action
    • Took 1,57s for the page to load
    • There are 26 Pending actions

The aforementioned might translate to limited server resources, and/or issue(s) with Cron.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.

    Hi @neljaabaya ??

While the page at https://nelflow.com/mon-compte/ exists, for someone to create or connect to their account, the same is not true for the page at https://nelflow.com/nelflow_bis/mon-compte/, where a 404 error is returned instead.

As a next step, while always at the staging site, best to go ahead with making sure all the WooCommerce are configured as required, and see if the issue persists there, or otherwise.
Documentation linked here, for your convenience.

Then, kindly provide us with a screenshot, so that we can see what the WooCommerce pages settings look like, on your end.

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, https://snipboard.io is a good option – for uploading it there, and sharing the link here afterward.
There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

I trust that points you in the right direction. Let us know how it goes, and if you have more questions.

    Hi @niazpur

Thank you for reaching out — we’re happy to help!

Per the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears only two orders are currently in the system.

Just to clarify, has there been a migration, or database manipulation actions been taken, prior to noticing orders older than 2024 not appearing, perhaps?

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.
