but there is more to complain, as there is a brandnew account for the customer and many mailchimp things changed to getting confusing or not understandable for example the process of DNS for domain adjusting and so on.
Now after lost too much time we changed to a newsletter plugin.
Things worked better in the past, never had problems as today with mailchimp universe. Most of our customers don′t understand.
For example they never find where and how to edit signup forms and languages…

No sorry I can not. I know there is never a plug and play but anyway, yes i did put in my own facebook access codes. Anyway, i am not able to style this content useful… Red message only says “delete cache”, not create own token….
Same with Pinterest, checked twice my Token but inside adjusting feed them all, says not valid, content is showing up somehow on frontend. Maybe there is confusion or interference with shortcode functions? I did not understand what to do with shortcode after setup own token…

The same question came up to me 10 month ago, and as the plugin does have many possibilities, I can not use it in my normal work. So this is for coders mainly-
I think, when someone found out (not a doc told him) – that to make sure the Cookie Name coincides with the Cookie on in the Triggers –
1. it does not make clear to me what this means exactly
2. When i have to find out myself, this is a sign there is no clear tutorial, or coder click around and they know what to do, hating tuts
3. the answeres i got in the past did not make it clear enough, so I found another tool, which does the job in minutes. Before i spent hours with try and errors with no effect.
So if you want a swiss knife for tricky solutions, this is the right tool. But most of user do not want headaches, but basic functions i think.
