It not related to theme, but its about the space after the “>” (as the image in https://gvectors.com/product/wpdiscuz-recaptcha/ URL). I prefer it to be align with the “join the discussion” text area box size.

Manage to fix it by clearing all the config. Now the menu is appear but it doesnt fall below the three lines.

Looks like im not alone… I came to support page just to see what is going since there is no updates for the past 4 months.

My site so far no any issues as what i know, but i still prefer to use active plugin. If there is no updates for this plugin on next WP release, i guess i will move to WP Super Cache as i find this as good replacement.
