I have the same issue: new pages appear with no content whatsoever…
The old pages work but if I change the permalink it goes to Page Not Found

This has been happening to me in WP 2.7 and now in 2.7.1

The error appears and it doesn’t add a new custom field for me to write the key

I am having some problems: can’t edit mass tag and can’t add any more tags.

(The line you suggested doesn’t exist in the latest version of the plugin.)
