Thank you so much Tim, it was, of course, a problem with their plugin.

Once I changed the file’s location from your folder to wp-content/languages/plugins it worked.

Sorry for the bother, the theme and plugin creators already took note to provide a better solution in the future.

Today we had one person subscribe and it worked but now it won’t work with anyone that clicks ‘select all’, it says error and sometimes it doesn’t say anything at all.

Please help!
