Thanks for the reply. I ended up asking my server’s tech support to delete JetPack from the server itself. Then I re-installed. Now it works.

I would have posted this was resolved but every time I try to login here, I need a new password.

I also would like to add Google Analytics and there’s no place to install plugins — my theme is Licorice. Can you help?
