1. So what should the status of the order be for people to be able to pay the second instalment?

2. Well there will only be a certain amount of stock available but surely people should be able to pay their second payment even if the product is sold out?

I’ve used the User Switching plugin to log in as other random users and the problem is showing up for all of them

Ok I logged in as the user and now when I’m in the cart and checkout the shipping methods do not appear.

Comparing it to when I’m not logged in as that user this is the code that seems to be missing:

Thanks for your reply. I followed what you suggested but that option was already disabled in the settings.

I tried enabling it then disabling it again and clearing cache and then tested the cache agin but it still came back “URL is not cached”.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi There,

I created a staging site to do the test of the theme and plugins.
I deactivated all the plugins and the problem stopped. I reactivated them one by one but the problem didn’t come back. I thought this was kind of strange but at least the problem was gone.

I pushed this staging site to be the live site, where the problem still was. Once the staging site was live I put something in my cart to check if the problem was gone, but it wasn’t. The same thing of the cart defaulting to the Click & Collect option was happening even though it wasn’t happening on the staging site.

Do you have any advice about this?
