When I go to the site settings (Settings>performance) there is not a box with that label. There is a Jetpack Search section, CDN section, Performance and Speed section, and a Media section. There is an ‘optimize JS and CSS for faster page load and render in the browser’ link, but I get a ‘sorry you are not allowed to access this page’ screen.

If I go to Jetpack>Boost, there is a Concatenate CSS section with an ‘exclude CSS strings’ link and also a Concatenate JD section with ‘exclude JS Strings’ link.

If I go to Site-logs/tenthlifecats.org/php there are PHP warnings for ‘Undefined variable $ in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/eventon-lite/includes/eventon-core-functions.php on line 745’

I disabled Page Optimize and that actually made it worse. When a page loads, there is now a flicker at the top of the page that briefly shows the page without the styles applied. The accessibility check and Yoast SEO Premium aren’t working either.

I don’t believe?I have a plugin specifically for clearing cache. I am building this site as a volunteer for a local rescue and I am not technical. I’m not sure if it matters, but I’m also having an issue with Yost SEO Premium. Here is what I have:
