In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] AutoFill Address compatibilityI’m sorry, @pneupresstires, that the plugin doesn’t fully meet your requirements yet. It’s less than 2 months old, and we are pushing hard to release the most important features as soon as possible.
That being said, we want to resolve the issue and make it usable for you. I never said the problem lies with the XT Points Rewards plugin but only that we need to fix things from our end to make it compatible.
Please allow us some time to look into it. Our dev team is closed for the week. They’ll look into this first thing Monday morning. I’ll update you as soon as it’s ready. I suggest you remove the LCW plugin from the live site (if it’s currently getting traffic) and install it in a staging site for us to troubleshoot.
I also noticed that there are lots of conflicts with the theme’s styles. We will fix this as well. As requested earlier, please send us a bug report using the link inside the plugin settings. It will send us more information about the WP environment.
Despite our best efforts, if you feel a different checkout plugin would better suit your needs, I would suggest you to not hesitate to go ahead with it. Nothing is more important for me than your success.
I really appreciate your patience and understanding.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] AutoFill Address compatibilityHello ??
1. I had my developer look into it and was told that it’s not something we can provide temporarily. But as mentioned before, Google Address Autocomplete has been planned to be part of v1 of the Pro plugin.
2. I’m very sorry that you’re facing this issue. Yes, we haven’t written any compatibility fixes for the ‘XT Points Rewards’ plugin yet. Can you send a bug report from within the plugin settings? We’ll take a look and get back to you soon. Also, kindly attach screenshots that will help us understand the issue better.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] Address line 2Ah! This isn’t supposed to happen. Do you have any field customization plugin installed? If so, temporarily deactivate and confirm if that is causing the issue and update me.
Also, please send us a bug report using the link in the plugin’s settings. It’ll help us troubleshoot the issue quickly.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] AutoFill Address compatibilityI’ll definitely discuss with my developer if there’s a possibility of a temporary workaround and update you. I hope we can. If not, I’ll up the priority for this in the Pro plugin’s planned release cycle.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] Address line 2Hello @manu9912 I’m happy that you like the plugin and decided to use it in your store.
I’m not sure you mean. Do you want to make ‘Address Line 2’ field mandatory? Please explain the problem and your expected outcome in detail. Screenshots will be immensely helpful for me to understand better.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] AutoFill Address compatibilityHello @pneupresstires. I’m glad that you love the plugin.
We have not yet made the plugin compatible with Google Address Autocomplete. We have planned to do this as part of the Pro plugin that’s due to be launched in about 2 months’ time.
To be notified when we launch,
1. Click on the ‘Request a Feature’ link inside the plugin settings.
2. In the feedback forum that loads (you will be auto-logged in), search for ‘google maps api autocomplete’ post and add your vote.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] Can’t get district billing@duccan212,
We looked into the modification done by the theme –
?1. The ‘Indo Checkout’ in theme options have been used to customize fields.
2. The ‘Indo Ongkir’ uses a custom API for calculating shipping based on sub-district.
?
Supporting these modifications is not something we can focus on right now. But you can accomplish this using a developer. ?We would be more than happy to guide them in the right direction.
?
?I hope you understand that any plugin will not work as expected if you have modified the checkout to this extent. And rating the plugin a 1-star because of this doesn’t seem fair. I hope you see the truth behind this and update the rating accordingly.@unster We sent you a few emails over the last month asking for more details to help us troubleshoot the issue, but got no response. I assume you have found a solution and am marking this as resolved. If the issue is not yet resolved, please let me know here.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] manca poco per la perfezione@gennaro1 We have released the translation support. Please update your plugin to the latest version and start translating your strings.
If you are satisfied with the update, please consider updating your 4-star rating to a 5-star. It will help us take the plugin to a lot more people.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] Operation in Brazil@jlugros Yes. Compatibility with the “Brazilian Market on WooCommerce” plugin has already been added to the roadmap. Though, as mentioned before, we do not have a definite timeline yet, we definitely intend to do this in a few months’ time.

In reply to: [Linear Checkout for WooCommerce by Cartimize] Love the plugin butHello @metalsunny. Thanks a lot for taking the time to post about your issue. The long loading time seems to be specific to your site as many users are using the plugin without this issue.
That being said it is very important for me to fix this issue for you so that you can start experiencing its power. Can you please send a Bug Report using the link inside the plugin settings? It will help us identify and fix the issue for you. Once you send it, I’ll take a look and get back to you asap.
Cheers,
Amrit.
