Thank you for the quick response.

The plugin utilizes the notice section to display the full size widget, and it’s the main feature of the plugin.

With that said, all notices – including the widget itself – can be dismissed/closed by the user.

The PRO version of the plugin is sold for a discounted price of $9.99, which includes 12 months of free updates and support.

After those free 12 months, the plugin itself will work normally and will never expire.

What expires, is the updates and support subscription.

This is a server-side issue, caused by missing or out-dated CA certificates.

Usually, this can be resolved by either restarting Apache or the entire server .. more details can be found on the following StakOverFlow question :

If you don’t have direct access to your server, then you might need to contact your hosting provider.

To enable the widget for non-admin users, you’ll need to edit “lara-google-analytics.php”, find :

if ( 'index.php' != $hook || !current_user_can('manage_options')) {

And replace the “manage_options” capability to any of the capabilities listed on :

Roles and Capabilities

So, for example, if you changed it to “read”, then everyone will be able to see the widget, even “Subscribers”.

I would advise to disable the admin permissions for the widget as follows :

Edit the same file and remove “lrgawidget_perm_admin” from the following permissions array :

 $globalWidgetPermissions = array("lrgawidget_perm_admin",
                                     "lrgawidget_perm_sessions",
                                     "lrgawidget_perm_promo");

Currently, I don’t have an ETA on the next release, as it’s taking more time that I anticipated .. but I’m working on it ??

Hello,

If the plugin is installed and activated, you should be able to re-open the widget by clicking on “Screen Options” on the dashboard, and then click to enable “Lara, Google Analytics Dashboard Widget”.

I’m working on an update to allow a more flexible roles. I’m not sure about the release time, but hopefully it’ll not take long.

For now, you can allow non-admins to view the widget, but that will require manual edits to the plugin source code.
