I had the same problem and fixed it by adding a facebook UserID on the general settings page. While it was blank the graph.facebook did not work.

So long as I am asking for help. I’d also like to remove the border that is added around the content of each page.

Thank you Andrew. That did the trick. I love this Frontier theme but I banged my head on the wall for half a day trying to figure that out.
