It seems the plugin is conflicting with the theme which you’re using. For testing purpose, please enable the “Change End Point to ?amp” option and check whether the issue has been resolved or not.

You will find this option in AMP > Settings > Advanced settings > Change End Point to ?amp

In the mobile viewport, only the navigation menu shows the submenu items by clicking the menu item. It will not shows in the below the header menu ( screenshot: https://take.ms/YWA1l ) which you’re trying to display.

I recommend you to set up the menu which has the submenu in the navigation menu ( Screenshot: https://take.ms/RiKloA ) and without submenus in below the header ( Screenshot: https://take.ms/H2jbV )
