this solve the problem:
[woocommerce_checkout]

this is soo stupid…. why the new ver of woocommerce_checkout does not let you use the terms and condition check box, it’s super important because the card companies is not approving the website without it

this is simple solution but stupid one, the woo team neeed to change it back

but i have the same issue, i can’t see the text after i edit it in the Appearance > Customize > Wo > Checkout.

under this:
Terms and conditionsOptionally add some text for the terms checkbox that customers must accept.

the checkout page does not look with that meesage and also i dont have the checkout box. i have tried different theme and it’s the same
