No, the purchase was valid. I’m glad to hear that AMEX is properly crediting my purchase after I filed my complaint. At least AMEX understands customer service.

Thank you for your response but I have already created two tickets on your website. I have yet to receive a response despite it being more than 48 hours since my request. Furthermore, your online system does not show my tickets and the status of them – it appears to be a black box. Please respond to my tickets I’ve already created from your support page. Thank you.
I believe I solved this issue using the html widget and then pasting [wp-rss-aggregator]. You can see the finished work at esiliners.com/news/
However, I am unable to get the WP RSS Aggregator widget to work within Elementor or Site Origin. If this cannot be corrected, I will ask for a refund. Please advise.

Put your nose elsewhere. It doesn’t belong here and your comments are of no value. You are unaware of my multiple and direct communications to the company which I have done through their website.
I’m sure the functionality of the tool is good. In fact, I used it for approximately a year, but when I ran into a problem, I found their customer service and willingness to help a customer severely lacking. Your post only mentions the tools functionality, again making your comment irrelevant since that was not my complaint.
Vasyl – you again demonstrate your arrogance and lack of respect to a customer. I would highly suggest that you reconsider how you approach a customer and offer support.
I did find a simple solution. I deleted the AAM plug-in and am now using a competitive product who was willing to help me set it up.
