For us, this issue was associated with our BlueHost hosting provider.

Once we fixed this issue, our ‘Reset My Password’ link started to work again.

We resolved the issue. It turns out the issue was associated with our BlueHost hosting provider.
It affected our ‘Reset My Password’ link and Posts not recognizing when a User was logged in.
I am having the same issue.
I have tested it on a Mac and PC using different browsers and it only worked on Mac Sierra using Chrome.
