I have installed Email Template Customizer for Woocommerce by Villatheme plugin to customize the emails. This plugin is not compatible with your plugin, probably that is why it does not have the option to display Selected reason for cancellation and Selected reason meta.
In this email customizer, please explain in detail how the Selected reason for cancellation and Selected reason meta will be displayed.
