In this version, the issue with the online users page link in the Overview widget has been resolved, and improvements have been made to the UI/UX of visitor information.
Thank you for your feedback.
Regards,It seems that you are using a caching plugin, and after updating the plugin, the new files have not been refreshed.
Please clear the cache of your site completely in the caching plugin and check again.
Also, please let us know which caching plugin you are using, and if possible, exclude our plugin from being cached.
Additionally, please provide the exact address of your site.
Regards,Please change the date filter in the top right corner for the Daily Traffic Trend widget and test with different dates to see if any statistics are displayed.
While checking, open the developer tools in your browser, then go to the Network tab to monitor the request being sent and check its status and response.
Also, please click on the “Daily Traffic Trend Report” link and check what statistics the chart shows for different dates on the new page.
Additionally, let us know if your issue is only related to this chart or if there are problems in other sections as well.

Hi @gj2020
Since you have also created another support request at the link below, and this thread and the user’s issue have been resolved, let’s address the problem in that ticket together.

Hi @gj2020
Thank you for opening the thread.
Please check in Statistics – Settings – General under the Search Engine Tracking section to ensure that search engine tracking is enabled. If it is not enabled, activate the ones you want so that the statistics are recorded and displayed to you in the relevant section.
If some items are enabled and you have visitor from search engines, please open the Web Developer Tools by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + I shortcut and send us the errors displayed in the Console tab on Search Engines page.
Regards,
Thank you for the details.
Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your issue. However, based on our investigations, we suspect that the problem may be related to your site’s caching plugin. Please try clearing the cache of your site and your browser completely, and check if the issue is resolved
If the problem persists, please check the console errors again, and try testing in another browser without any active extensions.
We are glad to hear that your issue has been resolved.
Please check the Statistics – Geographic section to see if the countries of the visitors have been recorded for the past days.
It is possible that your GeoIP was not enabled/updated previously, and the country and city of your visitors were not recorded, which could result in their absence in the Global Visitor Distribution.
Since this issue has only occurred in Firefox for you, it is likely that you have an extension or settings in Firefox that are preventing the loading of the JS and CSS files of our plugin.
Please check your Firefox settings and disable/remove any extensions, then check this issue again.
Thank you for the detailed explanation. There is no need for a screenshot. We understand the reason for this issue and are currently investigating and resolving it.
The only issue is with the query in this section, which has caused this problem. We will address this issue in future versions.
Thank you for reporting this issue and for your patience.
