Hi,
We apologize for the delay in response.
Please update the plugin to the latest version 14.6.3 and recheck whether the statistics for other pages are being recorded correctly or not.
Also, navigate to Statistics – Settings – Basic Tracking and ensure that the Cache Compatibility Mode option is enabled. Also, check the Filtering & Exceptions section in the settings to see what filters you have applied.
If the issue persists after the update, please check the console log of your browser according to the screenshot provided in the link below to see if Status code 200 is displayed for statistic registration or not, and send us the response.

Hi Hannah,
Regarding the discrepancy between the page view numbers in WP Statistics and GA4, it could be due to referrer spam. I would recommend that you enable the Referrer Spam Blacklist option in the WP Statistics settings under the Data Sources section. This will help filter out any fake referrer traffic that may be inflating the page view numbers in WP Statistics.
Once you’ve enabled the Referrer Spam Blacklist, please check the page view numbers again and see if the discrepancy is resolved. If the issue persists, let me know and we can look into other potential causes.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
