not sure if you eer resolved this but I actually could only import customers, products and categories (categories were doubled but that issue is resolved in support section). I am using WP 4.0 though so maybe your issue is resolved if you upgrade. I want orders imported more than anything and I didnt get it.. yet :/.

I am pretty sure that is related to your site/theme css. The plugin I believe inherits the theme’s background. Just trace the css.

Thanks, I tried it but the downgrade to previous version didnt change anything like I thought it would. Thanks for the heads up. When I get the time I will see if I can trace what’s wrong. I am unfamiliar with Facebook APIs and all that but maybe I have to make one for the client’s Facebook?

I added a pic that is outside the slider on the page but it doesnt give option for anything else. It also isnt grabbing text from the page content. It is grabbing text from the first column of the page footer.

Yea, sorry bout the 404. The client was unhappy and didnt want to send people there and deleted the weekly ad page. I will be working on it today. Is there a way for me to get the previous version of social media feather? There werent any conflicts before I upgraded so for now I would like to put the previous version back. Thanks!

ok I am not sure where I went wrong here but after all the uploading and importing all I get is an install wordpress page. My plugins are there (deactivated) as well as my theme (deactivated). Files are uploaded but nothing appears in Media Library. I deleted the .htaccess file (did back it up) to see if it would be recreated but it wasnt. I did modify wp-config.php with all necessary changes and obv. can get into phpmyadmin since I was able to upload db on the host using it. I dont think changing the prefix in my wp-config on the host would be correct since all the tables in the db have my [new] prefix. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

P.S. Technically I could redo EVERY modification in the theme again to attain the curent state of the site but I’d rather not. Thats doing it all over again. Sorry if I am repeating something I didnt follow up correctly :/.

I get the same error as CXM but the sidebar widget button DOES work. For some reason there are many times where I get the message:

Looks like the same error that CXM got but it DOES work. Do you think it is due to the same error (bad upload)?
My site is https://www.shadowlandtheatre.org/ and it doesnt always happen and if I remember correctly it happens mostly when I am logged in while visiting the page.
