For the first suggestion, I actually don’t use the cover layout so unfortunately this solution does not work for me

As for the second suggestion (using CSS code), I tried it in mobile review but it only changes the size/dimensions of the existent image so the resolution of the used image goes too pixelated , as it resize the image that is used for desktop version, so the problem still exists

So is there an option to upload an image with a mobile size/dimension in only the mobile preview? Or how to prevent the image resolution interruption when defining the CSS code in mobile preview section?

I am waiting of your reply as I am do not know how to do and this issue must be fixed!

Thanks for your reply, here you are the requested screenshots

The issue is their appearance is not consistent with the other page’s component , as the page text and images looks bigger than the main/header image

In case I tried to make the page text size smaller, it does not look good at the desktop version, as the text looks small then.

so what should I do please? as I have been trying to fix this issue but the issue still exists and I need to finish the project to be delivered next week please.

should I make the header/main image size 3800 * 4000 px as in the home page please?

The used size for almost all the website’s header images is 1920 * 1080 , it appears well in the desktop view but it looks small/inconsistent with the other page component in the mobile view.

The following pages are example of what I mean as you can check them through desktop and mobile please:

I tried another size on the homepage header image which is 3800 * 4000 , it looks fine on both devices but it is too big and not all the visuals could be designed in this size.

I use chrome browser in both desktop and mobile view , and the mobile device is OPPO F9.

So what you advise please?

I finally found the way to customize my template on all devices, thank you.

My inquiry now please is related to creating the website footer using otter blocks, is there a way to fix the footer section in all the website pages rather creating it on each website page please?

As for the provided videos, I checked the one that shows otter blocks usages and there is no new info. rather than I already know and implement when working on the website.

So, what is the problem here that cause the preview of mobile / tablet preview is not optimized as desktop preview please?

Actually I not using elementor for any page, I just use the provided blocks by neve. Also I have uninstalled the plugin but the problem still exists!

As per the menu tap, can we make it at the top right of the page -instead of the top left side- please?

For the image please, Is there a way to make it bigger? as it appears too small compared to the other page content on the mobile version.
