Unfortunately that is not simple as we are not familiar with WPML, and at the moment we don’t have a plan to add that feature.

The database settings are not important, you can just remove the plugin folder and if your server supports httaccess you should remove BEGIN WPSG-XML-RPC and END DS-XML-RPC-API codes from httaccess.

Other than you should be good.

We have not had any similar reports for this plugin, are you using a multisite setup?

If yes you should each subsite to make sure its not activated on any of them otherwise you will not be able to remove it.

You should install another plugin to do that, I’m suggesting using advanced access manager plugin it will allow you to hide the menu from certain roles.

1. That is true this plugin has lots of options but when you install it for the first time will automatically disable XML RPC since by default it is set to deactivate it.
2. Yes you should be good with its default settings.
3. At this time it doesn’t support WP CLI? commands.

Do you have any proof that shows this plugin is added a backdoor shell virus to your site? you can download all of the versions and check them.

If not please be aware there are a few popular plugins that have major security bugs that were recently discovered and ended up with millions of WordPress websites getting hacked, here are two examples:

Currently, there is no option for that; each tab is added with a shortcode, and you can find them in the user-dashboard-for-edd.php file to edit or add a new one.

Seems you found a bug it is not related to woocommerce, you can turn off the disable rest API features to prevent it for now (it can be found on security settings -> “Disable JSON REST API“), we will prepare a new update.
