After further inspection, I found out that some setting in Assets CleanUp plugin were the culprit.

I copied the shortcode from this link.
You can seen the shortcode with all of it’s parameters in this screenshot.

In our store, we have many orders and we use this shortcode to navigate quickly to specific orders. So, I need the link in the frontend.

I can’t see the link with admin user (or shop manger) while using front-end shortcode.

I just copied your own code from documentation and changed the order_number to True with different product id.

In admin area, every thing is fine. This issue occur when we use the shortcode.

You can use the following link to create a test account. Then you can proceed to shop, select a product and proceed to checkout.

In the checkout form, select the second payment method (“???? ?? ????”). This method does not need to use a bank card.

I changed the theme to the storefront and the issue did not resolve. I also detected the issue in some other websites with different themes, too.

I also checked the theme’s codes and did not find any things that could change the woocommerce checkout form behavior. I think it’s part of the woocommerce core’s functionality.
