I’m having the same issue on two different sites, is there an update that will address this?

After further investigation we have noticed the carrousel does not work

@aacalmeida where did you add or modify this function? In the plugin folders or as an added function?

I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version. I even uninstalled it and re-installed it, I have also tried to replace the form with the generic code from Mailchimp and I still get the same error.

Do you perhaps have an sql script that would create the tables?
