We have found that some of the emails does not have API access, Outlook group mail is one of them.
In addition, we see that the admin account that does not have a mailbox or the accounts which does not have access to exchange online mailbox also do not have access to the SMTP API. If you are still looking to access using those accounts you can try connecting via Other SMTP option by following the video: https://youtu.be/KvLbGegHOa8
Also, Outlook is not recommended for sending mass marketing emails. You can try a good email-sending service like Amazon SES/SendGrid to ensure a better email delivery rate.

Thank you for your information. The issue is with the firefox latest version and our team is currently looking into this. If there is anything we can do, we will fix it from our end.
I have a workaround for you. After selecting the empty email, you can select another email in the log and check the first one again. In that case, the empty email will show up. Otherwise, you can try from other browsers.

We have investigated and found that the response comes from the API calls for certain account types. Usually, outlook does not provide permission for SMTP API for a certain account. You can try creating the API using a different account or you can contact outlook regarding the issue.

We tried to recreate the issue on our end but it worked perfectly, kindly check the screenshot.
Looks like your issue is site-specific, can you please temporarily deactivate all the plugins except Fluent SMTP and WooCommerce and check if the issue is resolved?

Can you please check if you have disabled Fluent CRM email logging as shown in the screenshot?
It could be the case that, you have enabled automation in Fluent CRM and disabled email logging for Fluent CRM.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a reply-to email in Fluent SMTP while using other SMTP server options.
I am considering that as a feature request. Each feature request must be thoroughly examined by the R&D team to determine its feasibility and necessity. If they are affirmative about the implementation, it will be forwarded to the development team and eventually implemented.

It seems like firefox does not load the log initially, it works after I click on another email then the log is shown. Looks a like a compatibility issue.

The error comes from the API calls on Office 365 and indicates that the user’s mailbox isn’t found. Typically this means they do not have an Exchange Online mailbox. You can try with a regular Microsoft account or you can contact outlook regarding this issue.

It looks like Fluent SMTP is not sending attachments while using Elastic Email, this might be a possible bug; The issue has been forwarded to our team for further checkup. Hopefully, they will fix it soon and release an update.
