In reply to: [WooCommerce ShipStation Integration] Pulling Custom Fields into ShipstationSorry @anastas10s this ticket is not resolved. That must have been an accident. Correct – only woocommerce and shipstation were active during the testing.
Yes I do know how to set up staging and do it quite often but wanted to set up on the live site as to not mess with the shipstation connection.
Also Custom Field 1 pulls in the coupon as it should. But custom 2 and 3 have nothing!
This question was not answeredCan I ask…am I looking for meta keys in the correct spot? I found the meta keys I needed in the MySQL table “wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta”. I even tested _qty as one of the custom fields to see if it would bring in that info and it does not.
Is this feature working for other people? Has it been tested recently?

In reply to: [WooCommerce ShipStation Integration] Pulling Custom Fields into Shipstation@shameemreza Sorry to say this still is not working. I set up maintenence during off-hours, deactivated all plugins except what was needed, changed to a default theme, and tested an order pushed to shipstation and still custom fields 2 and 3 do not show up despite the function code being correct. I have reached out for support from Woocommerce and Shipstation and they have been unable to help me further. I am only told to hire an “expert” which will cost $$$ when I feel like this could be a bug in the plugin.
I have been searching for a solution for several weeks on this. Even comments on Github show people back in 2019 have had trouble with this feature: https://gist.github.com/woogists/53d13508835276e66578f9c6f2398d03
Has the export of custom fields been tested recently? I really don’t think it is working and it is very frusterating because it would save my client a lot of time if these fields were pulled in as noted AND I cannot seem to find any solution – only trying steps that never resolve the problem.

In reply to: [WooCommerce ShipStation Integration] Pulling Custom Fields into ShipstationThanks for responding. I have checked all you suggested….except deactivating plugins which is tough to do on a very busy site, but I may have to do that in the evening and put it on maintenance mode to do some testing. We do have a lot of plugins on this complex site so that may be it. I will let you know what we find.

In reply to: [Category Posts in Custom Menu] How do I buy Premium version?Thank you. I filled out the form.
And mine is 8.0.28
This is happening to our emails too. Lots of HTML in the body of the emails. I tried the fix and it didn’t work. This is what I am getting even when I send a test

In reply to: [LH Archived Post Status] Conflict with featured imageThank you for responding quickly. You very well could be right that the problem is elsewhere. I have used this plugin on many other sites with no problem. For this combo of plugins on this site, if I deactivate LH then the featured image returns. So I am leaving it off for now.
The same happened with my client’s site right in the middle of a busy holiday sale. Took me some time to find out which plugin was causing the issue. Too bad I had to deactivate it.

In reply to: [White Label CMS] WordPress 5.9 splash page takes over custom BB DashboardSame here. So annoying. I hope this plugin can make an update soon to override this. Thanks WordPress (eye roll)
This is happening to me too. I no longer can use this plugin for custom notifications because of this error. The site sends other notifications just fine.

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Paypal ID Token? or API?Ok thanks. I see it under Paypal standard, although we are using Paypal Checkout.I guess “Checkout” is now the “Payment” tab
We would like to keep the same message in the admin email as well. My client said the custom message was no longer in the email and it took me awhile to figure out it was just her not receiving them. They are still going to the customer. Thanks for a great plugin.
Wanted to let you know that I found the plugin conflict with this plugin: WP Responsive Menu. I deactivated it and used another mobile plugin that was compatible.
Thanks for looking at it: https://duvallchamberofcommerce.com/
Oh my goodness. I totally missed this. I clicked on “Settings”. Adding this screenshot to the main plugin page may help others. Thank you.
