Thank you very much, I received an email confirming that the issue has been resolved. the stats and subscribers are now back. Thank you very much for your help.
Thank you Michelle, I just sent a message via the contact form but unfortunately forgot to include the link to this thread. Would I need to send it again?
@bizanimesh thanks for your response.
Here is an update since my last post:
When I log in to the new site, I get the message that there is another website that says it is the owner of the jetpack account (that is the staging site) and asking if I want to move the subscribers to the new site which I did and then deleted the staging site.
So the stats and subscribers were actually moved to thenew site.
But later on I had to deactivate jetpack (for some other reason) and when I re-enabled it, the stats and subscribers were all gone.
Now the issue is how do I get them back since I already deleted the staging site?
I hope my explanation above is clear enough.
Please if you don’t mind, I’d prefer not to post the link publicly. Is there a way to share the link with you privately?`
Thanks for the quick response, I’ve actually not bought the plugin yet, just trying to figure out which one I’m supposed to buy. So guess I will buy the one site license now and get in touch with you through email support when that is done.
Okay I just sent it through the support link

In reply to: [One-Click Child Theme] Updated version does not insert import urlMaybe this is why:
Note that the previous method was to import the parent theme stylesheet using @import: this is no longer best practice. The correct method of enqueuing the parent theme stylesheet is to add a wp_enqueue_scripts action and use wp_enqueue_style() in your child theme’s functions.php.
